What are my shipping options?

We offer only 1 shipping option via Royal Mail 2nd class, which usually takes 2-4 business days for delivery.

How is my subscription fulfilled?

If you are buying a subscription, your first order will be posted out from our store within 2 working days of ordering. Your subsequent monthly orders will be posted to you in the first week of each month.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

What happens if my order is delayed?

As we currently do not offer order tracking, please contact us should you order be undelivered within 2-4 working days after you receive email confirmation that the order is on its way, and we will follow up with Royal Mail. Contact us via email at thegardenlibraries@gmail.com
